In the Bible, Romans 12:9-13 writes,
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with God’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
God is speaking to me. He’s showing me answers.

ODJ’s passage for today: Zealous for God
SLITS message for yesterday: What is a student leader?
The past few days were extremely spiritually empty. And this passage is warning me, that my heart has not been in the heart of worship.
Im beginnning to lose the zeal I once had. Im not being hopeful, getting impatient and dangerously faithful in prayer in the wrong manner. It is hard to get back on track. Yet I want to.
This passage is written so beautifully. It tells you what love is, then it tells you what to do, what not to do, and ends of with what we should do. The answer is so vivid, what im left with is obeying the last part of this passage.
I’m struggling as a christian right now, and this suck. But nobody said christianity was easy to begin with.
